Buying on Takealot
Use the Takealot link on the Stockists page to reach JUCE's own seller store on Takealot.
When you buy on Takealot you pay at Takealot's checkout, and Takealot looks after the payment, delivery and tracking for that order. A question about a payment or a delivery on a Takealot order goes to Takealot, on that order. The same goes for any other online shop.
How to be sure it is JUCE
- Buy from juce.co.za or through the links on the Stockists page. Those are the places JUCE sells through and stands behind.
- A seller or listing that is not on the Stockists page is not one we supply, so we cannot vouch for it.
- If a listing looks wrong or a bottle you received does not seem like genuine JUCE, chat to us on juce.co.za or email support@juce.co.za. Tell us where you bought it and send a photo of the bottle, and a person on our team will look into it.
Returns
A return starts at juce.co.za/pages/returns, which asks where you bought it. An order placed on Takealot or another online shop goes back through that shop. A bottle bought at a counter comes back to JUCE.
