How do I access my account if I forgot my password?
Go to the JUCE login page, select ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email. Check your inbox, Spam, Updates or Promotions folders for the reset email.
No sweat! Simply go to https://juce.co.za/account/login and click on 'Forgot Password'. You'll be prompted to provide your email, after which you'll receive an email (usually within 1-5 minutes) to assist in resetting your password. If you can't spot our mail in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam, Updates or Promotions folders.
