Do you offer cash refunds?
Yes. Cash refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt, with the mailer bag and all contents sealed. Otherwise, you can only receive store credit or an exchange.
If you require a cash refund (not credit), it needs to be issued within 7 days of receipt, and the mailer bag and all contents need to be sealed. If not, you will not be eligible for a cash refund and only a store credit refund or exchange.
