What are the available return methods?
You can return a sealed product within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Cash refunds require a sealed mailer and contents, requested within 7 days.
We're flexible! You can return any product within a 30-day window if it stays sealed, no questions asked (Only applies for credit refund). Or you can exchange it for something else that catches your fancy! However, if you require a cash refund (not credit), it needs to be issued within 7 days of receipt and the mailer bag and all contents need to be sealed. If not, you will not be eligible for a cash refund and only a store credit refund or exchange.
